wking9 — Online Betting and Casino Platform for Malaysia Players
Online slots, live sports betting, live casino and more — all in one platform that is secure, fast and easy to use.
Built for Malaysia Players
wking9 was built with one clear goal — to provide a fair, secure and enjoyable online gambling experience for players in Malaysia. We operate under international licensing and apply strict technical and security standards across every part of our platform.
From the start, we have made sure that the needs of local players come first. This means support in Bahasa Melayu, payment methods commonly used by Malaysians such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow, and fast withdrawals — typically within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
We believe trust must be earned, not just claimed. That is why we invest in multi-layer security systems, responsible gambling practices and customer service that is ready to help at all times — including public holidays and weekends.
"Your account security, withdrawal speed and the fairness of every round — those are the three things we never compromise on at wking9."
wking9 — Our Commitment to Malaysia Players
How Would You Like to Start?
Many Malaysia players compare offers before making their first deposit. Here are three options available to you.
150% Welcome Bonus
Minimum deposit of RM10 to qualify for the bonus. The bonus is calculated as 150% of your deposit amount.
Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → balance RM250. Wagering: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
VIP Weekly Cashback
Our VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%) and Gold (up to 1.2%).
The more actively you play, the easier it is to move up a tier and enjoy a higher cashback rate every week.
Play Without Bonus
You are free to decline the welcome bonus. When you do not claim any bonus, no wagering requirements are applied to your account.
The minimum withdrawal is RM100, and you may withdraw your winnings at your own discretion.
Protect Your wking9 Account
A secure account is a shared responsibility. Follow these tips to keep your account protected at all times.
Enable Two-Step Verification
Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This means a password alone is not enough — an extra layer of protection is required every time you log in.
Never Share Your OTP Code
Your OTP is strictly private. Never share it with anyone — including anyone claiming to be wking9 support staff. Our staff will never ask for your OTP.
Check the Domain Before Logging In
Make sure the website address you are visiting is correct before entering your login details. Be alert to fake sites that resemble wking9 — always check your browser's address bar.
Use a Strong Password
Choose a unique password for your wking9 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Avoid using the same password across multiple sites.
Log Out on Shared Devices
If you are using a shared computer or mobile phone, make sure you log out completely after playing and do not save your password on that device.
Contact Support Only Through the Website
For any enquiries or issues, contact the wking9 support team only via live chat or the official email address on this website — do not use links from unknown messages.
wking9 VIP Tiers
The wking9 VIP programme is designed to reward loyal players. The more actively you play, the higher your tier and the greater the weekly cashback credited directly to your account.
Tier upgrades happen automatically based on your account activity. No special application is needed — our system tracks your progress and updates your VIP tier accordingly.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a standard requirement for internationally licensed online gambling platforms. This process protects you from identity theft and keeps your funds secure.
KYC is also required to meet anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and to ensure all withdrawals are processed only to the rightful account holder.
- Upload documents only to websites that use HTTPS (look for the padlock icon in the address bar)
- Cover any digits of your identity card (IC) or passport number that are not required, where possible
- Do not send documents through unsecured chat applications or unencrypted personal email
Required Documents
A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Malaysian driving licence or passport as proof of identity. For proof of address, a recent utility bill (water, electricity or telephone) showing your name and current address. A selfie holding your identity card may also be required for certain verification stages.
Submission Steps
- 1 Log in to your wking9 account and go to the account verification section
- 2 Upload a clear, readable photo or scan of your identity document
- 3 Include proof of address such as a recent utility bill in your name
- 4 Wait for an email notification or account notification confirming that verification is complete
Verification Timeframe
The verification timeframe depends on the completeness of the documents submitted. Complete and clear documents are typically processed faster than those that need to be resubmitted. Our team will contact you if additional information is required.
Bonus Terms Explained in Plain Language
Bonus terminology can be confusing. Here is a brief explanation to make sure you fully understand before claiming any offer.
Wagering / Rollover
A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. At wking9, the wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received.
Maximum Bet During a Bonus
Some platforms set a maximum bet limit allowed while you are meeting bonus wagering requirements. This is to ensure fair use of the bonus. Please check the terms and conditions for the applicable limit.
Game Contribution
Not all games contribute the same percentage towards wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute more than table games such as baccarat or roulette. Check the terms page for the full list.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses have a limited validity period. If wagering requirements are not met within the set timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings may expire automatically. Always check your bonus expiry date.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account but cannot be withdrawn separately — only the net winnings can be withdrawn. A non-sticky bonus can be separated from your cash balance and withdrawn once the requirements are met.
Maximum Withdrawal Limit
Some bonuses set a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus winnings. For example, even if you win a large amount from bonus funds, only a certain sum may be eligible for withdrawal. Check the terms before claiming.
Deposit RM100 → 150% bonus = RM150 → Account balance RM250
Wagering requirement: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
💡 Practical advice: Always read the Terms & Conditions in full before claiming any bonus. If anything is unclear, contact wking9 live chat support for further clarification.
