1. Member Eligibility

To register and use the wking9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, agent or immediate family member of a wking9 employee.
• Have not previously been banned or had an account suspended by wking9.
• Online gambling activity is not specifically prohibited for you under any laws or regulations that apply to you personally.

wking9 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documents including MyKad or a valid identity document for age and identity verification purposes.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one wking9 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• Your exact date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• A bank account number or e-wallet registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential. wking9 will not be responsible for any loss arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

wking9 supports a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is typically between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated in writing. wking9 reserves the right to delay withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or if identity verification requirements have not been met.

Funds in your wking9 account do not earn interest. Deposited money is for gambling purposes only and should be used within a reasonable period.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wking9 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000. All bonuses are subject to the following wagering requirements:

• Wagering of 25 times the bonus value must be completed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Required wagering: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Required wagering: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, mobile phone number or device.

For other promotions such as weekly cashback under the VIP programme, additional conditions may apply and will be stated separately. wking9 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering requirements, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the wking9 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and sportsbook, are subject to the respective game rules set by the game providers and wking9 itself.

Key points to know regarding game rules:

• Game outcomes determined by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear and demonstrable technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, affected rounds or bets may be voided and the funds returned to your account.
• Sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each type of event, including live betting, mix parlay and pre-set odds.
• wking9 reserves the right to void bets if there is an obvious odds pricing error or if an unusual situation arises that affects the integrity of the bet.
• The use of software or automated methods to influence gameplay is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

wking9 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated here.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Registration and use of multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access the platform through unauthorised technical means.
• Initiating chargebacks through a bank or e-wallet provider without going through official wking9 channels.

You may also request to close your own account by contacting our customer service. Before closure, any active bets will be settled according to actual results, and any eligible balance after deductions will be processed for withdrawal.

7. Responsible Gambling

wking9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We encourage all members to set personal limits on playing time and the amount of money spent.

You are not permitted to:

• Scrape data or use bots to access or collect information from the wking9 platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

wking9 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the wking9 platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical factors beyond our control.

wking9's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount of money you have deposited into your wking9 account in the 30 days prior to that claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

wking9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the wking9 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
